The demo movie is up and working without the demo watermark. I tried the demo version of Snapz Pro X 2.0.2 and it worked great so I bought a license and posted the movie tonight. It looks great. Movie captures like this are an awesome way to show features and demo software on the web. I think Ruby on Rails started the trend and I think it’s here to stay.

Friday, I released PhoneWord 1.3. People have already bought some copies, which is cool, because I haven’t even advertised it yet. Maybe people really like the new Address Book plug-in, which really is a nice feature. You’ll notice that there is a demo movie link which is supposed to show a movie of the plug-in in action, but I can’t get it to work. Anybody, know how to get TextDrive to serve up a movie properly? Maybe, I’ll have to break down and buy a license to Snapz Pro X. First, I’ll try the demo version.
